This line is located in Kochi Prefecture. It crosses from Nankoku City to Kochi City from east to west.

It is a streetcar line with a distance of 10.9 km and 33 stations. Most of the cars directly connect to the Ino Line.

The line has the shortest distance between stations in Japan. The distance between the stations is only 63 meters, making it the closest adjacent station.

When a school called Seiwa Girls' Junior High School moved into the area, a stop was built to improve convenience. However, the Ichijobashi stop, which was already next door at that time, was not abolished at the request of the residents, so the two stops are now very close together. It is a very rare sight to see one station right next to the other.

This part of the line was opened in 1908, which means that it has a history of a whopping 114 years. It is still an important means of transportation for the locals.
