私が昔実際に使っていた路線なのでその旨書いたのですが、「英文中にいきなりDadって出てくるから混乱したよ！！！」って言ってました。dadは父さんのことです。

沿線にある動物園から路線の名前がとられました。地下鉄ですが、端の3駅は地上に出て高架駅となっています。
電車のラインの色は黄色ですが、全体が黄色い車両と、銀色の中に黄色い線がついた電車が混じっています。
名古屋は地下街が発達しており、様々なポイントに地下を歩いてたどり着けるので、「地上を歩くより地下に降りた方が分かりやすい」と言われます。
道が分からなくなったら地下に降りる、という人もいるくらいです。
父さんが高校の頃までよく使った路線でもあります。雨の日は、上社から星が丘まで地下鉄に乗って、そこからバスに乗ると墓地の中を通って高校につくことが出来ました。

ちなみにご存知かもしれませんが名古屋にはずばり『極楽（ごくらく）』という場所もあり、こちらも近くに高校があり、姉が通っていました。
